FAQs

  • Yes, please pre-register for class through our online booking platform. You will need to create a profile and sign a liability waiver before booking a class.

  • Yes, plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your class so that you can get checked in and settled. With your physical safety and the group experience in mind, we do not permit entry more than 5 minutes after class begins.

  • If you are running late, email the studio. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you are not coming and your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins, you will not be permitted entry both for your own physical safety and out of respect for the other students.

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing. There will be a space for bags and shoes. No shoes or socks are permitted in the studio.

  • All mats and props will be provided. Bring a water bottle and towel, if necessary. Water bottles are available for purchase from the ground floor vending machine if you forget yours at home.

  • No phones are allowed in class. There will be a protected space to leave your belongings. All phones must be put away and on silent before class begins.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the class start time, it is considered a late cancellation and you will lose the class credit. If you cancel before 24 hours, the credit will be returned to your account for future use. If you know you will be unable to attend class within the 24-hour window, we ask that you late cancel so that your spot can be given to someone on the waitlist.

  • When classes are completely full, we begin a waitlist. You must purchase a class credit to be added to the waitlist. If your mat is not confirmed, your credit will be returned to your account for future use. An addition to the waitlist will be confirmed via email. Joining a waitlist is a commitment to class. If you receive a notification that you have been taken off the waitlist but choose not to show up, you will be considered a no show and your credit will not be refunded. The same late entry policies apply to waitlisted students.
