THE FOURS

A rhythmic movement experience to build strength, resilience, and embodied presence.

Our signature class is a rhythm-based practice that blends breath, strength, somatics, and fiery capoeira. Moving through a carefully designed arc, you’ll awaken and mobilize the spine, build supported strength, release held tension, and expand cardiovascular stamina. Each session starts with somatic experiencing and ends with gentle stretching and rest, allowing the nervous system to regulate and recalibrate before and after movement.

THE CENTER

A pilates practice to align the body, fortify the core, and deepen somatic awareness.

The Center is a strength-focused pilates practice rooted in alignment, stability, and somatic awareness. This format emphasizes precise form, deep core activation, and postural integrity. Slow, intentional sequences strengthen the spine, refine muscular balance, and cultivate stability from the inside out. With mindful pacing and a focus on breath-led control, The Center builds a foundation of safe, supported strength that carries into every other practice.

THE EQUILIBRIUM

A flowing practice to align, strengthen, and awaken breath-led movement.

The Equilibrium is a breath-based practice designed to harmonize balance and flow. Rooted in somatic principles, pilates, and yoga, this format blends alignment-based movement with breath-led sequencing to refine stability, coordination, and ease. Through dynamic balance work, mindful transitions, and moments of stillness, The Equilibrium invites you to explore both strength and softness—cultivating a spacious, centered presence.

THE RESET

A restorative practice to unwind the body, regulate the nervous system, and return to presence.

Combining somatic experiencing, myofascial release, and restorative yoga, The Reset invites the body and nervous system into deep release and recalibration. Through slow movements and supported shapes, you’ll release stored tension, hydrate the fascia, and invite spaciousness into the joints and tissues. The Reset creates the conditions for stillness, presence, and renewal—an essential counterbalance to life’s demands.
