JOURNEYS
THE WILD WOMAN
A RETURN TO THE WILD WOMAN WITHIN
THE WILD WOMAN is a six-week embodied movement journey inspired by myth, somatic practice, and collective witnessing.
Each session weaves meditation, movement, creative inquiry, and guided circle into a single arc designed to restore instinct, presence, and inner coherence. Within a carefully held container of movement and reflection, participants explore themes of intuition, strength, rest, and aliveness—not as ideas, but as lived experience in the body.
The work is gentle, deep, and cumulative, unfolding over the season as a process of remembering and returning. The journey is capped at six participants to preserve a safe, protected group container where trust and continuity can develop over time. Participation is always invitational, with space for both verbal and nonverbal integration.
We will gather on Sunday evenings from 5–8pm: March 15, March 22, April 19, April 26, May 3, and May 17.
SESSION STRUCTURE
Each movement journey unfolds as a deliberate three-hour arc consisting of a guided meditation to arrive and settle, an extended movement practice to awaken and organize the body, a period of creative reflection through writing or art, and a closing circle for integration and witnessing.
The rhythm is spacious and cumulative, allowing the nervous system time to soften, activate, and integrate without rush.
WHO IT’S FOR
This movement journey is for women who feel called toward deeper embodiment and self-trust. It welcomes those navigating transition, creative fatigue, or the quiet sense that something essential is asking to be remembered.
No prior movement experience is required—only a willingness to show up with curiosity, presence, honesty, and respect towards self and others.
THE CONTAINER
This movement journey is held in a small, consistent group of six participants to cultivate safety, trust, and continuity. Sessions are guided with trauma-aware principles and deep respect for individual pacing. Sharing is always invitational.
The container emphasizes confidentiality, mutual respect, and attentive facilitation, creating a space where participants can explore at their own depth while being gently witnessed within a supportive collective.
COMMITMENT
Because the work unfolds cumulatively, participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions. The movement journey is designed as a deliberate arc, and the group container deepens through continuity and shared presence. Sessions are held on Sunday evenings from 5–8pm, spanning mid-March through mid-May, with space between gatherings to support integration and reflection.
Spring 2026 session dates: March 15, March 22, April 19, April 26, May 3, and May 17.

INVITATION
This is not a program to complete or a method to master. It is a space to listen more closely to your body and the stories it carries. Over six weeks, THE WILD WOMAN unfolds as a process of remembering—subtle, layered, and deeply personal. You are invited to enter the journey and see what emerges.
