THE MENTORSHIP

This mentorship is for certified mat Pilates instructors ready to move beyond choreography and cueing into true teaching.

It focuses on refining language, deepening anatomical understanding, and fostering body awareness and independent practice. This is not an entry-level training—it is a refinement.

This program will be capped at 8 participants.

BECOME A TEACHER

An instructor delivers material. A teacher creates understanding.

This mentorship supports the shift from demonstration and cueing toward teaching that helps students feel, organize, and understand their bodies—so practice becomes intelligent & embodied.

You’ll refine your ability to:

  • Cue with anatomical clarity and intention

  • Explain the why behind the work

  • Use imagery and guiding questions to create sensation rather than mimicry

  • Teach in a way that builds discernment and independence

  • Ground your teaching in your own evolving mat practice

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Investment: $600

  • Dates: TBD

  • Includes:

    • 3 × 2-hour in-person group sessions (hands-on practice)

    • 6 × 1-on-1 Zoom mentorship sessions

    • 1 × 1-hour in-person private
